1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and let you sign in
- To provide TOPIK practice, grade your answers and give AI feedback
- To process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds
- To let your school or partner organization (if you joined through one) see your learning progress
- To answer your questions and send service notices (for example, payment receipts or premium activation)
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and fix problems
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to delete it, we delete your information without delay, except where the law requires us to keep it:
- Records of contracts, payments and refunds: 5 years (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records of consumer complaints and disputes: 3 years (same Act)
- Access logs: 3 months (Korean Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
4. Service providers we use
We share information only with the companies below, and only as needed to run KueLearn. Some of them process data outside your country, including in Singapore and the United States.

If you joined through a school or partner organization, that organization can see your name, email, subscription status and learning progress. We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information or your account
- Stop processing your information
Email support@kuelearn.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 10 days.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We use browser storage (cookies and local storage) only to keep you signed in, remember your language and site settings, and keep the service working. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this data in your browser settings, but you may then need to sign in again.
7. How we protect your information
- All connections use encryption (HTTPS)
- Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it
- Passwords are managed by Google Firebase Authentication and are never stored by us in readable form
- Card details are processed only by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1
8. Children
KueLearn is meant for learners aged 14 and older. If you are under 14, a parent or legal guardian must agree before you use the service. If we learn that we collected information from a child under 14 without that agreement, we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect, or 30 days before for changes that matter to you.
