Terms of Service
1. The service
KueLearn is an online service that helps you prepare for the TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean). It offers mock exams, listening, reading and writing practice, vocabulary tests, video lectures and AI-based feedback, used in a web browser.
TOPIK is administered by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED) of Korea. KueLearn is an independent preparation service and does not issue TOPIK results or certificates.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your sign-in details safe.
- An account is for one person. Do not share it or let others use it.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@kuelearn.com if you think someone else is using it.
- You must be at least 14 years old, or have your parent's or legal guardian's consent.
3. Subscriptions and payment

- Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may be added depending on your country.
- Premium access starts as soon as your payment succeeds.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.
- If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
- If a renewal payment fails, premium access may stop until the payment is completed.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@kuelearn.com from the address on your account. After you cancel, you will not be charged again, and premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
- Within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, you can request a full refund.
- Within 7 days of an automatic renewal, you can request a full refund of that renewal if you have not used premium features since the renewal.
- After these 7 days, we do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period, unless the law requires it or the service was unavailable because of our fault.
- To request a refund, email support@kuelearn.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Copy, download in bulk, resell or publicly share questions, lectures or other content from KueLearn
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the service
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service
- Use the service for anything illegal or to harm others
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. If we close it for a serious breach, we may not refund the remaining period.
7. Content and intellectual property
The questions, explanations, lectures, software and design of KueLearn belong to OneAI or its licensors. You may use them only for your own personal study. Your answers and recordings remain yours; you allow us to store and process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. AI feedback
Some scores and feedback are produced by AI. They are meant to help you study and may not be accurate. They are not official TOPIK scores, and KueLearn does not guarantee any particular TOPIK result or level.
9. Changes to the service
We may update, add or remove features to improve KueLearn. We may pause the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If we stop offering paid premium features, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, OneAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
12. Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to you. If you keep using KueLearn after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription.
